Employment, sufficient social conditions and prosperity are among the best worries for youngsters. Youth all over Europe is at high risk of social rejection and
neediness, particularly amid the change from instruction to business and employment. The non formal education (NFE), professional preparing and direction
can be vital in smoothening the progress among training and work for youth, just as the key significance of managers perceiving the capabilities that
youngsters secure through NFE and volunteering in youth associations. NFE can have incredible significance in encouraging the employability of youngsters.

Youth Work Association believes that true career management and direction of young people is the solution for our country's and Europe's future. That's the
main reason we want to organize this project. We plan to support and encourage young people to plan their own career and also train youth workers to
consult other young people We also aim to encourage young people to increase their entrepreneurial skills and to establish their own businesses. That's the
main idea of creating this project.

Focal point of Training Course (TC) is to enable youth mentors to most likely create and lead quality NFE programs on youth business and enterprise so as to
battle youth joblessness and rejection. This undertaking will permit concentrating the endeavors of association on the desperation of giving essential abilities
to youngsters who were never utilized and turning into a space where the individuals who as of late lost business can keep up their capabilities and use them
in the community life.

The objectives of this project are:

European countries and Turkey (tendencies and influencing factors, specifications of the target
group, focuses etc ) and existing youth work programmes dealing with it
