The aim of this training course ¨Lead to Change¨ is to train participants and empower them with competencies in organizing, implementing, evaluating and planning an effective Youth Exchanges in the framework of Youth in Action Programme.

This training will provide current leaders with new perspectives and ideas for addressing long-range issues related with the youth exchanges – like intercultural learning, working with international groups, learning in the YE, inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities, group dynamics and more. The training will take place in Lorca area, Spain between 11th and 18th of March 2013, and we will invite 26 young people group leaders of the youth exchanges from two regions: programme countries and from Eastern Europe and Caucasus.

Objectives: - To improve participants personal skills, knowledge and attitudes in the important areas of being a group leader in youth exchanges. - To practice facilitation skills, such as needs analysis, team building, brainstorming, and team collaboration. - To improve knowledge of participants in relation to the Youth in Action Programme and more specifically referred to youth exchanges. - To provide participants with examples of interactive methods to promote intercultural learning - To provide current leaders with new perspectives and ideas to address long-range issues relevant for youth

Participating Countries: Spain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Greece, Sweden, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus
