ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΟΣ
"Erasmus+ Open Mic: Raising awareness of HR!" is a dynamic Erasmus+ project that
unleashes the power of stand-up comedy to inspire, engage, and empower youth workers
across Europe. Our project offers youth workers an exciting opportunity to enhance their
skills and make a real impact on young people's lives.
Objectives
The project aims to target the following objectives:
1. Raising awareness of the youth workers on the sensitive topic
of human rights and related issues.
2. Equipping youth workers with new techniques such as
stand-up comedy will allow youth workers to develop new
strategies for promoting inclusion and effectively engage their
specific target groups, according to the different settings and
environments.
3. Providing new tools, activities, and skills will make sure that
youth workers will be able to adapt the training formats which
could result in impactful and engaging experiences of youth.
4. Youth workers need to develop specific and dynamic
competencies in their daily work. The project aims to enhance
their communication skills, creative thinking, social bonding, and
critical thinking.
5. Promoting and increasing the visibility of the Erasmus+
program to attract more young people in the process by offering
trendy educational approaches.
