ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΟΣ

The project will take place on the 01-09.06.2017. It is a Youth Exchange based around music.
Music around the world - Our heartbeat is in the same tempo! is the title. The goal of this youth
exchange is to meet and talk, to learn about music, about ways of creating it as well as to make our
own, international music. The activities during the project will be workshops and discussions,
lectures with practical aspects on the theory behind music. We will also have an Open Space to let
the participants create something they want, something entirely their own. This all will result in
people connecting across the borders, newbies will learn about music, professional artists will learn
about differences between countries. All of them will play together and gain new insights. Long
term, this meeting will results in a great experience, in potential cooperation and employment and in
better understanding of our neighbours in Europe and beyond. During the Youth Exchange there will be a big, three day long fest in our town. There will be
concerts, stands with sweets and toys and beer, lots of parties etc. During this time, on the 4th of
June we will have a chance to go outside and take part in these celebrations. We will have a small
stage (or the street, wherever one prefers) where our participants or even whole teams will be able
to give a performance for a live audience.
