ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΟΣ
In this rapidly changing world, one must adapt itself to constantly changing conditions.
Business leaders point out that they do not only need employees who are smart and competent in math and reading and writing, but they also need people who can lead teams, communicate effectively to partners, come up with new ways to solve problems and effectively navigate an increasingly digital world. In addition to digital skills, specialized interpersonal skills will be in high demand in the new hybrid workplace.
Designed by Dear Future Self Association and 5 partner Youth NGOs, this youth exchange will bring together 36 young people and 6 group leaders from different backgrounds and will challenge them to learn how to be creative, control and express their emotions, improve their ability to reflect upon themselves, manage time and information efficiently, interact constructively with others, develop a growth oriented mindset and lead a future-oriented life.

Aim & Objectives
The project's aim is to design one multicultural learning experience for 36 youngsters and 6 young leaders, during which:
- participants can explore and become familiar with 6 future skills
- improve their access to the labour market.
- unleash their potential and find ways in which it can be matched with the needs of the community.
