ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΟΣ

The TC Project "Where is the lottery?" which will be developed from 10 - 15 June 2016, is a training course made in order to improve and teach the participants how to manage their skills on searching co-financing in the implementation of Erasmus + projects for youth and social mobility. This project is based on workshops which change roles to work in relation to the subject, project management, co-financing, marketing, dissemination tools, etc... to make a good educational project, that is sustainable and economically safe.

Target
The training course is designed for young volunteers and professional workers who work directly with young people, youth workers and organizations who are interested in creating international exchange projects or trainings.
The course is primarily aimed at those with some experience in organizing international youth exchange projects or trainings. However, it doesn’t matter if you are only interested in making a youth exchange or you are planning to develop a new one or if you represent an organization or group with little experience in organizing some of the previously mentioned projects.

Purpose & Objectives
The aim of the training course “Where is the lottery?” is to provide an international learning experience for professionals active in the field of youth work, enabling them to develop their skills in creating Youth Exchanges and Training courses of good quality under Key Action 1 in Erasmus + program, through searching new sources of funding to eventually enable the development of an economically sustainable project together with the funds of the Erasmus+ Programme.
Learning Objectives and Associate:
• Provide an introduction, reporting on the basic aspects of Erasmus + Program, focusing on youth exchanges and training courses and their ability to improve the active participation of young people in the construction of Europe (but not exclusively) for newcomers to the program.
• Provide participants with information on how to find new sources of funding and support a economically sustainable manner without relying solely on funds from Erasmus + program.
• Provide an individual experience and group learning through a process modelled on the creation of a youth exchange project;
• Develop the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes to organize a youth exchange or training course. Based on the practice of non-formal learning principles and standards of the new program for youth;
• Allow participants to reflect on their learning and become familiar with the Youthpass (the recognition of non-formal learning in the field of youth work), with the technical tool for producing Youthpass Certificates, and its application in youth exchanges;
• Provide the opportunity to meet potential partner groups and make contacts in other countries.

Working Methods
In our training we will use a non-formal learning method. This means that learning is based on the participants’ experience, their motivation and their needs. During the training, methods of non-formal education and methods for ensuring the balance between theory and practice are used in the form of presentations, group work, workshops, games, role plays, exercises, etc.
