ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΟΣ
«DISCOVERED» Project will be held during January 3rd-12th 2015. It is a multilateral youth exchange whose aim is improving the knowlegde and skills of the young participants and youth workers with information about the subject of the proyect. The main theme of the project is the employability. We can improve our employability with a good guidance, with the vocational education and trainig and with the recognition, validation and acreditation of non formal and informal learning. We will visit one of the main center of Spain that work with this point, it is Observal (www.observal.es), in the University of Valladolid.
In addition, we will work with dynamics to the youth in general, for that the unemployed people who want to to know how people can improve their skills, find a job easyer and the most important point, how people can be ready for the future in this society that change quickly.
Of course, we will develop specific work for that the youth and youth workers can will prevent, manage and treat those cases that may occur situations of inequality and have the tools necessary to solve the problem.
Culturally, participants will share traditions, food and music in cultural evenings of each country in which, through presentations, dynamics, and the most relevant aspects of each country to share with the rest of the young.
To this end, in this project will participate a total of 52 people from 6 different countries Through the project activities to exchange experiences on the subject, expert lectures and exhibitions , visits to related facilities , games and group dynamics will be developed , with which it is intended not only awareness and advancement of new tactics and strategies , but also the development of the dissemination of information elements to create a multiplier effect of youth once in their hometowns . Upon project completion , a short documentary , Decalogue of good practices developed a blog and edit virtual brochures with useful information in this regard.
Moreover, the project was carried out thanks to the funds the program ERASMUS + , which aims to be a cultural exchange and, therefore, different views of young people, through the relationship itself that includes cultural visits Spanish to nearby cities such as Salamanca and Valladolid games and cultural evenings
Working Methods
Our Youth Exchange will be non-formal learning. It means that learning is based on your experience, your motivation and your needs. During the exchange, non-formal education methods and methods that assure balance between theory and practice will be used such as presentations, group works, workshops, games, role plays, exercises, etc.
