ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΟΣ

The TC “Change Promoters” aims to adapt Project Management methodologies to the youth work reality at
both local, national or European level in order to raise youth projects impact and to encourage the exchange
of good practices and quality dissemination and wider impact. We aim to improve youth work impact at
European level. It aims to make the NGOs adapt a professional approach regarding their projects. Being
themselves youth workers, participants will influence people at local or national level, having in the end a
ripple effect.
Furthermore, one of the project priorities is to increase the participation of young people in Erasmus + by
increasing the reached audience of young people in dissemination and exploitation of project results.

Objectives

● Raising participants’ practical skills regarding projects impact; The project leads to improved learning performance
(KA1 objective), through activities such as: sharing know-how on the management of a project using the theoretical inputs and also tools that
involve collaborative work (Google Drive, Trelo, etc.), example and tips for better results in projects. The participants will discover new tools to plan, implement and assess the impact of their activities.
● Helping participants discover new tools to plan, implement and assess the impact of their activities.
● Stimulating the exchange of good practices regarding youth activities impact; O2 is offering a learning mobility and a know how transfer between the partners involved. O2 is offering a learning mobility and a know how transfer between the partners involved.
This objective enforces the Council Resolution on a renewed framework for European cooperation in the youth field (2010-2018), particularly the provisions focused on “putting in place greater resources to develop policy areas that affect young people in their daily lives and improve their well-being”.
● Encouraging European youth cooperation in the field of Erasmus+ programme; Activities are meant to enhance inter-cultural dialogue, to embrace the respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms and strongly promote tolerance and diversity, being correlated to the overall objective of Erasmus+ Programme (“the promotion of European values in accordance with Article 2 of the Treaty on European Union”).
