ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΟΣ
„Ideas Ark” main aim is to improve, by the beginning of 2019 the entrepreneurial competences and the methods of 36 youth workers through a training course and by launching an online networks with 300 members who share their know-how in entrepreneurial education, creativity, and start—ups ecosystems.
“To bring Europe back to growth and higher levels of employment, Europe needs more entrepreneurs”. The youth workers play a critical role in preparing and empowering “The Missing Entrepreneurs” (youngsters rural areas, women, and refugees) to embrace the entrepreneurship path. During the project „IDEAS ARK”, 9 NGOs focus on developing the competences of their youth workers and the capacity to deliver high-quality entrepreneurial learning to young people.
Objectives
- To stimulate the professional development of 36 youth workers from European Youth NGOs, through 1 training course with non-formal methodology on entrepreneurship and analysis of 30 successful startups launched by youth.
- To create an awareness campaign about the importance of entrepreneurial education among youth and funding opportunities for start-ups through: 1 study case regarding the startups ecosystems from 9 European countries, translated in 10 languages, 9 dissemination workshops for 135 European youth workers and 180 youngsters with fewer opportunities and NEET.
- To create a Facebook community with minimum 300 members (Youth workers, trainers, youth leaders, presidents of NGOs, project coordinators) passionate about entrepreneurial education, start-ups and creativity.
