ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΟΣ

You(th) and Business 2.0 project is at its second edition following a successful first one which was implemented during 2018. The project foresees realization of two activities:
Activity 1: a 7 days T raining Course ( in Rzeszow, Poland
Activity 2: a 5 days Study Tour (SV) in Seinajoki, Finland
Project is funded by the Erasmus + programme that support s people engaged in both formal and non formal education projects at the international level.
TC and SV are designed to improve basic entrepreneurial knowledge of Youth Workers ( YW), to make them more aware of their role in stimulating private initiative among youth they work with. TC and SV will show YW the importance of being equipped with these skills when they participate in the educational process of youth, but also how useful these skills are in everyday life.

During SV, visiting local entities which are focused on entrepreneurship but also enterprises will provide a practical example on kinds of initiatives which can be taken and be successful, but also show how remote areas can develop and grow if youth are starting new catchy and innovative businesses.
Both international mobilities will have a special focus on entrepreneurship in remote areas and on social economy development They will also will refer to topics like : discrimination among youth starting a business , the types of grants and how hard is to manage them due to the bureaucratic chain, how bribe and traffic of influence is still present, while support is poor from governmental side and many more Sessions will look over the consequences of these situations : youth deciding to leave their area s with no opportunities and show how this make an impact on these areas, like increase in pollution of urban areas, living standard and life expectancy indicator decreases, deserted settlements, loss of tradition, low tourism development, lack of small businesses, no tradition keepers.


During activities participants will also discuss and learn about the rights and opportunities European citizens have and explore the benefits of further international cooperation and relations.
By the end of the se activities participants will be able to:
- use better the entrepreneurial knowledge;
- collect good and bad practice of young entreprises throughout sessions and visits;
- learn about grant programs from partner countries, with focus on youth start ups;
- learn about Business Simulation tool for youth who wants to start up;
- be part of online community „Young Entrepreneurs Ag ora” and contribute to its development;
- enhance media liter acy and critical thinking of YW;
- have basic knowledge useful for starting a business;
