ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΟΣ

“FACILITATORS BOOTCAMP” is a TC for Youth workers on empowering their Facilitation skills with Youth groups.

A good facilitator, able to use tools of non - formal education and activate an holistic learning, can have a deep impact on the lives of the youth, becoming a guide and spreading values of acceptance, peace, embracing differences.

This TC will provide tools caring the relational side of Facilitator's work (developing empathy, ,..) but also some professional skills (Public speaking, feedback, ...), focused on improving their transversal competences and giving answers to some fears (face the unpredictable situations, re-generate artistic skills).

The TC is the second part of the “Facilitators wanted” TC held in Alicante in 2019 and in other 5 countries and collect the feedback and suggestions from the 132 participants of these editions.

The final Training design is a mix between new topics - needs pointed out by the previous participants (dealing with mistakes, creativity…) - and “old” topics, where participants anyway still felt the need to go deeper, or to develop more practice (Public speaking, Empathy).

PARTICIPANTS

- Youth workers, Youth leaders, Social workers, Educators, Trainers, Teachers

- Able to work and discuss in English

- Working/volunteering in an organisation with young people

- Fully committed and active for all the lenght of the Training (7+2)

- Be in a position in their organisation to apply the outcomes of the TC

- Able to disseminate the results after the TC
