Mental Health is crucial for youth well-being and it is fundamental in various aspects of life, whether it be in personal relationships, professional settings, or broader social challenges.

On this training course you will gain a better understanding of common mental health challenges. Learn strategies for mental health support in youth work and burnout prevention for youth workers. On top of that the course will teach you effective communication and active listening skills.

The primary goal of this Training Course is to equip Youth Workers with the essential knowledge and practical tools required to effectively support young people's mental health while ensuring their own well-being. The training is designed to enhance participants' understanding of common mental health challenges and promote the early identification of warning signs. Additionally, it aims to foster resilience and encourage self-care through the dissemination of stress management and mindfulness strategies. Furthermore, the training emphasizes the development of effective communication and active listening skills, which are vital for creating empathetic and supportive environments for youth. It also seeks to build a network of peer support and community collaboration among participants, ultimately promoting the integration of mental health awareness into everyday youth work practices.
