The project is about helping youth workers feel confident and practical when using digital media in their daily work.
The project is built around two connected but different training courses that help youth workers use digital media in a practical and confident way.
The first training focuses on audio and podcasting, while the second one moves into video and social media.
Together, they offer a complete and progressive learning path, from voice and storytelling to visual content and online campaigns.
The goal is to make podcasting, video, and social media easy-to-use tools for engaging young people, supporting participation, and giving more space to youth voices in everyday youth work.
TC 1 - Podcasting & Audio Storytelling, 24 June – 2 July 2026 - Empoli, Italy
This Training Course focuses on podcasting and audio storytelling as practical tools for youth work.
Participants will develop competences in designing, producing, and publishing podcasts connected to youth participation, civic engagement, and community issues.
The programme combines non-formal education methods with hands-on media production, guiding participants through the full podcast workflow: concept design, storytelling, speaking and facilitation, recording, editing, and publishing.

TC 2 - Video , Visual Storytelling & Social Media 3–10October 2026 - Vila Franca de Xira, Portugal
The second Training Course builds on the competences developed in TC1 and focuses on video, visual storytelling, and social media communication.
Participants learn how to translate youth work activities and messages into short-form, digital-native content suitable for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
The programme covers visual storytelling principles, basic video production and editing, content adaptation for different platforms, and the planning of coherent social media campaigns.
