The main aim of the training is to improve the impact of non-fomal education principles and methods in empowering youth individuals as real actors of the society.
With organizing this training course we would like to explore and discuss, what defines good, qualitive projects, how to make them and share some examples of good practice. By means of several training methods such as non-formal education, workshops, simulation and practical role games, outside activities, reflection and experiments we would like to to activate young trainers and workers in way to have broader view of the main issues in the society and – to face them with a proactive, self-iniciative, sustainable and holistic approach. Participants will be able to explore, learn, test and create new ideas.
We will like to remind you again that this training course will be quite challenging since we will be reflecting and facing challenges on individual and on group level overcoming demanding situations, we will be questioning a lot how we and others are living and will pass intensive reflection moments. The main theme of our training is EMPLOYABILITY, thus most of the methods have a focus on how the youth workers can increase the employability of young people
