ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΟΣ

“Health is Wealth!” is key action 1 mobility project which consists of mobility of youth workers (22 – 29/03/2015) and youth exchange (11 – 23/06/2015). All projects will take place is South-Estonia. Mobility of youth workers aims to train youth leaders on quality issues connected to youth exchanges and exchange of good practices. Youth exchanges aim to promote healthy lifestyle and sports.

Project has following objectives:
– To raise the quality of youth exchanges
– To foster exchange of good practices how to include youth and ensure their active participation in youth exchanges between youth leaders
– To empower young people from rural areas
– To promote healthy lifestyle among young people
– To compare different national sports of participating countries and to get young people interested in “new” sports
– To discover the ways how to avoid stress through physical activity
– To use outdoor methods to inspire youth to be more active
– To use sports for intercultural learning and team work and promote inclusion through sport
– To develop new projects and initiatives in framework of Erasmus+ between youth from Põlvamaa and Valgamaa and other countries’ youth

All activities will be organized by using non-formal methods such as group works, learning reflection, outdoor activities, role-plays, sport, artistic workshops, activities in town etc. After the activities new initiatives will be planned and future cooperation between partner organizations supported.

Participating Countries: Estonia, Portugal, Greece, Lithuania, Slovakia, Romania, Italy, Slovenia and Bulgaria
