ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΟΣ
Our main focus is the personal growth, awareness and empowerment of the participants-we aim at providing knowledge and information about entrepreneurship, developing the skills of youth, raising awareness on the common challenges youth face related to employability, but also to foster sense of initiative and entrepreneurship and empowering youth with the focus of females to get on board of entrepreneurship. The daily activities will bring awareness among participants about entrepreneurship in a youth friendly way trough learning by doing, meetings with entrepreneurs and learning from experience and success stories. They will be able to personally reflect on their skills set-what they know, can and have to become entrepreneurs, will be familiarized with challenges their peers have in the other countries related to employability, entrepreneurship and especially female entrepreneurs. They will get to know new tools, programs and resources to support their further development in entrepreneurship-programs such as Erasmus for young entrepreneurs which can help them to pursue their dreams and realize their ideas. They will be able to meet youth and female entrepreneurs/some of them members of FEB community- Female entrepreneurs of Bulgaria trough human library participants will benefit from their experience-they will be informed, given advices, tips and tricks, will be inspired and empowered and moreover they will benefit from the network and new contacts. We also believe the project will be insuring young girls to believe in themselves and unlock their potential and growth trough entrepreneurial spirit and mindset. On local level as main project imitative comes from youth volunteering club we think we will set an example for our peers that their ideas can come true, that youth have the power to change their local environment, that they are capable of anything they want to achieve. We also expect to increase the interest in our clubs activities and get new members.
We think we can set up an example, inspire and empower our peers from the small town to believe in themselves, become more curious and seek for opportunities to overcome their challenges. At local level we aim at boosting entrepreneurial spirit of our peers coming from rural areas with special focus on young girls. The project is focusing on the active engagement of youth, promoting their active participation in civic life trough entrepreneurship
and encouraging entrepreneurial spirit-trough the Youth entrepreneurship guide that the participants create and spread among their peers all across Europe we believe we will encourage more young people to think about their own participation in civic life, will give them information, resources and tips related to entrepreneurship with youth friendly approach.
Trough the participants testimonials after the project will inspire youth across Europe and especially those with fewer opportunities and young females to believe in themselves, to to be seeking opportunities for development, to focus on opportunities rather than limits they face.
We also hope that the project will lead to greater publicity about the issue of low level of youth involvement in entrepreneurship and especially the gender gap the role of non-formal education in supporting and fostering entrepreneurial spirit.
