WHAT?
“Improve yourself” is a youth exchange about development and improvement of competences and skills of young people to get increase their success, their personal and professional development, as well as their self-esteem.
Objectives:
- Improve competences of young people in a personal and professional level.
- Understand the importance of setting goals to get the success.
- Improve our emotional intelligence through a self-awareness, assertiveness, empathy and other social skills.
- Increase our self-esteem and confidence in ourselves.
- Promote an active participation in society.

HOW?
The methodology will be based on: learning among peers, constructive debates, role playing, presentations, active participation, learning through experiences, cooperation and group dynamics, artistic creations, theatre forum, etc…

Participating countries: Spain, Greece, Romania, France, Portugal

Venue: Participants will be lodged in a youth residence in Puente Genil, very close to the centre of the town.
Furthermore, the building has a garden and is located in the centre of the city. Regarding the places where we will do the activities, we will use a big room in the same municipal residence, and outdoor places. The address of the residence is “Calle Modesto Carmona” s/n, next to “Afasur”.
