ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΟΣ

The Myths of Us’ is an international Youth Exchange that will involve 25 young people (18 -30) + 5 team leaders (18+) from 5 countries: Lithuania, Estonia, Italy, Spain and Greece.

This youth exchange uses storytelling and mythology to promote empathy and cultural understanding. The project will explore how myths from different cultures reveal shared human values, fostering a more inclusive society. By engaging in this creative and intercultural learning experience, participants will also develop a stronger sense of European identity and be inspired to become active citizens in their communities. 

Objectives

- Exploring the power of stories and storytelling to promote self-reflection and empathy

- Promote cultural diversity by exploring and sharing European myths discovering cultural similarities and differences

- Understand storytelling forms and digital storytelling techniques

- Develop the ability to create stories to foster sensitivity and empathy
