ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΟΣ

The main goal of the project is to develop leadership competences and promote active citizenship among young people involved in the project, our peers and in the local communities from which we come. The project aims to empower young people to take initiative, become more confident in expressing their opinions, actively participate in their communities and take responsibility for creating positive social change.

During the 6-days programme of the mobility, participants will be involved in different workshops and activities focused on leadership, active citizenship, youth participation, teamwork, communication, decision-making and community engagement. The facilitators’ team will use diverse and engaging non-formal learning methods adequate to the project topic and the profile of participants, creating a safe environment for exchanging experiences, developing new competences and encouraging young people to turn their ideas into action.

Apart from that, the participants will take part in many activities, both theoretical and practical:
• presentations, brainstorming, workshops and discussions,
• orienteering game in Zakopane,
• language animations, ice-braking games,
• trip to the mountains or sightseeing tour – depending on the weather conditions,
• national evenings and group presentations as a support to international education of the
participants.
